I bring together a background in education, career coaching, instructional design, and workforce development to help people recognize their strengths and develop the professional skills needed to succeed at work.
Since 2011, through Resume Illuminations and related workforce development roles, I have designed and delivered career-focused training, developed curricula, coached individuals and groups, and worked with educational and employer partners.
My work has included students, apprentices, career changers, and established professionals across biotechnology, life sciences, IT, manufacturing, healthcare, and other fields.

My Approach
